We use your contact details and request context to reply, discuss your needs, arrange a conversation, and provide requested information.
Your information
Effective: 5 September 2026
This policy explains what Ranking Rebels collects when you use this website or ask us to contact you, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Who is responsible
The person responsible for handling personal information under this policy is Santiago Ramirez, based in Australia. Public postal address: 23 Birmingham Street, Spotswood 3015, Australia. For privacy requests or complaints, email [email protected] or call +61 439 499 441.
What we collect
When you submit a lead or contact request, we may collect your first and last name, company name, optional business website, email address, phone number, market, selected services, and the page and call-to-action that led to the request. We also receive a submission identifier and timestamps so we can prevent duplicate processing and manage the request.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine requests from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals needed for that security check. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to your request, take steps you request before a contract, and prepare or provide the requested services. We do not subscribe you to newsletters or send general or unrelated marketing.
We use your contact details and request context to reply, discuss your needs, arrange a conversation, and provide requested information.
Where needed for our legitimate interests, we use submission identifiers, timestamps and security signals only to protect security, prevent abuse and duplicates, and support reliable delivery.
We may use de-identified or aggregated operational information that no longer identifies you to improve this website.
Service providers
Our website and lead endpoint use Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 to validate and store a normalized request. Cloudflare Turnstile provides the anti-abuse check. Cloudflare Queues carries a submission identifier so notification processing can happen reliably; the queue does not carry the contact details themselves.
We use Cloudflare Email Service to send a notification from [email protected] to our business inbox. These providers process information only as needed to deliver, secure and operate the requested service, subject to their own terms and privacy documentation.
Google services
Our team may use Gmail and related Google services to receive, organize and respond to enquiry notifications. We do not sell your personal information or use the contents of a contact request for advertising personalization. Google may process information in accordance with its own privacy terms when those services are used.
Where information goes
We use Cloudflare and Google services, including Gmail, to operate the website and communicate with you. Cloudflare D1's EU jurisdiction setting restricts where the D1 database runs and stores data. It does not mean that Workers, incoming requests, Turnstile security checks, technical metadata, email delivery or other Cloudflare or Google services are confined to the EU.
These providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Australia or the country where you live. Where applicable, safeguards may include adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with other contractual, organizational or legal measures required by applicable privacy law. See Google's Privacy Policy for Google's own information about its processing.
Retention
D1 lead-request records are deleted 365 days (12 months) after submission so we can follow up, maintain accurate business records and address delivery or service questions. Gmail notification emails are deleted no later than 12 months after receipt. When retention ends, we delete or anonymize the information securely.
Your choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to restrict or stop a particular use. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator. Contact [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
